What actually causes this:
Sensor wire disconnected, corroded, or internal sensor element failure
First Thing to Check
Measure sensor resistance with multimeter at CNS600 pins

How to Fix

Disconnect power and open back cover
- 2
Disconnect sensor harness from control
- 3
Measure sensor resistance (should be 1080Ω at room temperature)
- 4
Check connector condition at CNS600 pins 4,6
- 5
Measure resistance of connector CNS600 on main PCB (normal: 2850Ω)
