What actually causes this:

Loose connector, failed lock motor, defective switch, or wiring harness damage

First Thing to Check

Verify lock motor resistance; check for AC 120V during lock operation

How to Fix

    Disconnect power and open back cover

  2. 2

    Verify harness connection between door lock switch and motor

  3. 3

    Measure door lock motor resistance (normal: 1750-1850Ω at room temperature)

  4. 4

    Check voltage to lock motor during operation (normal: AC 120V)

  5. 5

    Verify door lock switch operation

  6. 6

    Check CN600 pins 7,9 on main PCB for proper connection
