What This Means

Door lock motor not connected or failed; Door lock switch malfunction; Harness disconnected from door lock; Failed lock motor coil; Damaged door lock micr oswitch

What actually causes this:

Broken motor coil, failed micr oswitch, or faulty lock relay

First Thing to Check

Measure door lock motor resistance (should be 1750-1850 Ohms)

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and check harness connection to door lock switch and motor

  2. 2

    Confirm whether resistance value of door lock motor is normal (1750-1850 Ohms at room temperature)

  3. 3

    Measure voltage at lock motor terminals during lock operation (Normal: AC 120V)

  4. 4

    Check whether door locking switch is working normally

  5. 5

    Check connector at CN203 of wall main PCB
