Door lock motor not functioning; Door lock switch malfunction; Harness disconnected or loose; Main PCB relay failure
How to Fix

Disconnect power and open back cover

Check if harness has been properly connected with door lock switch and motor
- 3
Check if door lock motor is normal by measuring resistance (should read 14.5-17.5 ohms at room temperature)

Measure voltage of connector on harness linked with door lock motor (should read AC 120V during operation)

Check if door locking switch is working normally
- 6
Measure resistance of CNS300 connector on Main PCB (COM: orange, NO: brown)
- 7
Replace micro switch or lock motor if defective
- 8
Replace main PCB if relay or pattern damaged
