Door locking information (door lock malfunction)

What This Means

Disconnected lock motor harness; Faulty door lock micro switch; Defective lock motor coil; Damaged Main PCB; Improper voltage supply to lock motor

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connection to door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Measure lock motor coil resistance (should be 1750-1850Ω at room temperature)

4. 4

   Verify micro switch operation (COM-NO)

5. 5

   Measure voltage at connector (normal: AC 120V) with lock operating

6. 6

   Check CN501 of main PCB (COM-NO: ∞ at room temperature)

7. 7

   Replace micro switch or lock motor if defective

8. 8

   Replace Main PCB if pattern is damaged or parts don't connect well
