Oven heating over - temperature exceeds safe limits

What This Means

Defective oven sensor; Faulty broil heater; Faulty bake heater; Faulty convection heater; Relay malfunction; Main PCB malfunction

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power

2. 2

   Check oven sensor resistance (should be 1080 Ohms)

3. 3

   Check resistance of broil, bake, and convection heaters

4. 4

   Check DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays

5. 5

   Check for harness disconnection on main and sub PCB

6. 6

   Measure oven sensor connector resistance on sub PCB

7. 7

   Replace or repair harness as needed

8. 8

   Replace main PCB if all components test normal
