What This Means
Keypad stuck or jammed; Short circuit in membrane control harness; Faulty PCB connector; Defective membrane control board
How to Fix

Disconnect electrical power to the range

Check the membrane control wire harness to ensure proper connection between PCB and control board

Disconnect the membrane control wire harness
- 4
Check the harness, membrane control board, and PCB for short circuits
- 5
Take out Membrane Keypad from the PCB
- 6
Check whether connector (CN301) pin-to-pin connections on main PCB have short circuits
- 7
Verify no short circuits between Membrane keypad and Membrane Bracket
- 8
Replace the PCB if connector issues are found
- 9
Repair damaged circuit area or replace Membrane and Board assembly
