What This Means
Keypad cable not properly inserted into Main PCB connector; Short circuit between Main PCB and connector or keypad and cable; Short circuit between pins on Sub PCB connector CN701
How to Fix

Disconnect power

Remove keypad from Sub PCB
- 3
Check for short circuit between connector CN701 pins on Sub PCB
- 4
Check for short circuit within the membrane keypad itself
- 5
If CN701 pins are shorted, repair circuit on Sub PCB
- 6
If keypad membrane has a short, replace or repair the membrane
- 7
If no short found in keypad or connector, replace Main PCB
