Oven heating over - temperature exceeds safe limit

What This Means

Faulty oven temperature sensor; Defective broil, bake, or convection heater; Faulty DLB (Direct Load Bank), Broil, Bake, or Convection heater relay; Disconnected harness related to oven control; PCB pattern damage or defective connections

How to Fix

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Disconnect sensor harness and measure resistance (normal: 1080Ω)

3. 3

   Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance values

4. 4

   Test DLB and relay functionality (normal: ∞ Ω)

5. 5

   Verify all harness connections to Main PCB (CN320)

6. 6

   Check for PCB pattern damage and repair if needed

7. 7

   Replace Main PCB if problem persists
