Door locking information - door lock malfunction

What This Means

Loose or disconnected door lock motor harness; Abnormal door lock motor resistance; Defective door lock switch; Harness connector not properly plugged into CN300; Insufficient voltage to lock motor

How to Fix

1. 1

   Disconnect power and open back cover

2. 2

   Check harness connections to door lock switch and motor

3. 3

   Measure door lock motor resistance (normal: 1750-1850Ω)

4. 4

   Operate door lock and measure connector voltage (normal: 120VAC)

5. 5

   Check door locking switch for continuity (COM-NO)

6. 6

   Verify harness connection to CN300 on Main PCB

7. 7

   Replace micro switch or lock motor if faulty

8. 8

   Replace or repair harness if damaged

9. 9

   Replace Main PCB if issues persist
