What This Means
Membrane control wire harness not properly connected to PCB; Short circuit in harness, membrane, or PCB; Defective membrane keypad or bracket
How to Fix

Disconnect power

Check the touch control wire harness to ensure proper connection between PCB and Touch Control board

Disconnect the membrane wire harness
- 4
Check the harness, Touch Control board and PCB for short circuits
- 5
Take out Membrane Keypad from the PCB
- 6
Check whether between connector (CN301) pin and pin on main PCB have a short circuit
- 7
Make sure whether between Membrane keypad and Membrane Bracket have a short circuit
- 8
If short circuit found, repair the area of circuit or replace the Membrane & Board
- 9
If no problem found with connector on PCB and membrane harness, replace the PCB
