PCB internal sensor opened (over 3900 ohms) or shorted

What This Means

Faulty oven temperature sensor; Faulty main PCB internal sensor circuit; Loose or disconnected harness at PCB connectors CNP205, CNP206

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Disconnect power and remove upper rear cover panel

  2. 2

    Measure PCB sensor resistance (normal: 3900 ohms at room temperature)

  3. 3

    Measure oven sensor resistance (normal: 1080 ohms at room temperature)

  4. 4

    Check oven sensor harness connections at PCB

  5. 5

    Ensure harness connectors are fully seated in CNP205 and CNP206 on PCB

  6. 6

    Replace oven temperature sensor if out of spec

  7. 7

    Replace main PCB if internal sensor circuitry is faulty
