What This Means
Ribbon cable from keypad not fully inserted into main PCB connector; Short circuit between main PCB and connector or keypad cable; Damaged membrane control panel; Short between connector CNS602 pins on main PCB

Disconnect power

Remove keypad ribbon cable from main PCB connector CNS602

Check whether CNS602 pins are shorted to each other

Inspect keypad for short circuits between pins

Repair any short between CNS602 pins on main PCB

Check circuit between microcontroller and CNS602 connector

Replace or repair membrane keypad if faulty

Replace main PCB if PCB circuitry is shorted
