1. Measure voltage between Main PBA CN20 pins 19 and 23 while Ice Bites maker operates

2. Normal resistance: approximately 62 ohms
- 3
3. If 0 ohms: heater is short-circuited
- 4
4. If infinity ohms: heater is open-circuited
- 5
5. Check connector at CN20 for loose pins
- 6
6. Inspect wiring for damage or separation
- 7
7. Check Main PBA relay operation
