What This Means

Fan motor feedback signal line disconnected; Motor wire separation or loose connection; Defective fan motor (BLDC type); Main PBA relay failure; Blocked fan rotor preventing rotation

What actually causes this:

The cooling fan near the compressor is stuck or has a broken wire

How to Fix

    1. Check feedback signal between Main PBA CN20 pins 20 and 24 while fan operates

  2. 2

    2. Signal should have specific frequency when fan spins

  3. 3

    3. Turn off power and wait 5 minutes

  4. 4

    4. Check for blocked rotor or foreign objects in fan

  5. 5

    5. Verify motor connector is fully inserted

  6. 6

    6. Check DC 7-12V power supply at CN20 pins 20 and 24

    7. If voltage normal but no signal, replace compressor fan motor
