    1. Check I/O Expander connector insertion

    2. Verify connector is fully seated

  3. 3

    3. Inspect communication wires for damage

    5. If connections appear normal, replace Main PBA

  6. 6

    6. If issue persists after Main PBA replacement, replace I/O Expander
