What actually causes this:

The water supply to the pitcher isn't shutting off

First Thing to Check

Empty the pitcher and see if water stops flowing into it

How to Fix

    1. Empty AutoFill pitcher completely

  2. 2

    2. Check Main PBA CN60 connector is properly inserted

  3. 3

    3. Measure voltage between CN60 pins 7 (signal) and 3 (ground)

  4. 4

    4. Normal: 4.5V to 5V = no overflow, 0V to 0.5V = overflow detected

  5. 5

    5. If voltage shows overflow but pitcher is empty, replace overflow sensor

  6. 6

    6. If voltage normal, check water supply valve
