The compressor bearing failed or rotor is seized

How to Fix

    1. Check input voltage — should be 110-127V

  2. 2

    2. Check PCB soldering on inverter part

  3. 3

    3. Verify IPM operating voltage — 13.5V minimum

  4. 4

    4. Inspect visual condition of compressor

  5. 5

    5. Check if compressor is warm (running) or cold (not running)

  6. 6

    6. If compressor is cold and won't start, it may be mechanically jammed

  7. 7

    7. If voltage and soldering normal, replace compressor
