What This Means

Humidity sensor disconnected from MAIN PCB connector CN51; Humidity sensor defective; Bad wiring between sensor and MAIN PCB; MAIN PCB defect

What actually causes this:

Humidity sensor wire is broken or not connected

Check if the sensor wire is plugged in completely

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Enter self-diagnostic mode via Engineer Mode (select '3')

  2. 2

    2. Measure voltage at MAIN PCB CN51 pin 4 to pin 8 — normal range: 1.0V to 4.5V

  3. 3

    3. Disconnect CN51 and measure resistance between CN51-4 and CN51-8 — open circuit should read about 50 ohm

  4. 4

    4. Check voltage of R366 (MIC01 MICOM #11) on PCB

  5. 5

    5. Voltage measured between 3.5V to 1.0V is normal range

  6. 6

    6. If sensor tests normal, replace MAIN PCB
