Humidity level cannot be monitored
Moderate
Address soon - your appliance may not work properly
Also displayed as: 13 (Freezer LED blinks)
What This Means
Humidity sensor disconnected from MAIN PCB connector CN51; Humidity sensor defective; Bad wiring between sensor and MAIN PCB; MAIN PCB defect
What actually causes this:
Humidity sensor wire is broken or not connected
First Thing to Check
Check if the sensor wire is plugged in completely
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
1. Enter self-diagnostic mode via Engineer Mode (select '3')
- 2
2. Measure voltage at MAIN PCB CN51 pin 4 to pin 8 — normal range: 1.0V to 4.5V
- 3
3. Disconnect CN51 and measure resistance between CN51-4 and CN51-8 — open circuit should read about 50 ohm
- 4
4. Check voltage of R366 (MIC01 MICOM #11) on PCB
- 5
5. Voltage measured between 3.5V to 1.0V is normal range
- 6
6. If sensor tests normal, replace MAIN PCB
