What This Means
Ice pipe heater element open or shorted; Bad wiring connection at CN30 connector; MAIN PCB defect
What actually causes this:
Water tank heater is broken or disconnected

Check that the heater wire is plugged in

How to Fix

1. Enter self-diagnostic mode to confirm error code 33
- 2
2. Disconnect MAIN PCB CN30 wire from PCB
- 3
3. Measure resistance between CN30 pin 5 and pin 7 — normal: 72 ohm +/-7%
- 4
4. If 0 ohm: heater is shorted. If infinite ohm: wire or heater is open
- 5
5. Check MICOM pin 15 voltage: 3.5V-4.8V at initial power/heater off, 0V when heater working
- 6
6. If heater circuit is normal, replace MAIN PCB
