Defrost heater element burned out

Check for ice buildup in convertible zone compartment

How to Fix

  1. 1

    1. Power off refrigerator and wait 5 minutes

  2. 2

    2. Separate Main PCB CN70 connector from PCB

  3. 3

    3. Measure resistance between CN70_1-7 and 1 — should be 63 ohms ± 7%

  4. 4

    4. Check heater connector for corrosion or loose pins

  5. 5

    5. If resistance is correct, replace Main PCB control module
