What actually causes this:

Fan motor burned out or loose connector

First Thing to Check

Check if CN40 fan connector is fully seated

How to Fix

    1. Measure voltage at MAIN PCB CN40-11 to CN40-13

  2. 2

    2. Voltage should be between 7V and 12V

  3. 3

    3. Check fan motor connector seating

    4. Verify fan rotation
