Sensor wire disconnected from CN20; Sensor resistance out of range; Bad thermistor

What actually causes this:

Loose wire connection or failed temperature sensor

First Thing to Check

Unplug refrigerator and check if CN20 connector is fully seated

How to Fix

    1. Measure voltage at MAIN PCB CN20-9 to CN20-11

  2. 2

    2. Voltage should be between 4.5V and 1.0V

    3. Check connector seating and wire integrity

    4. Verify thermistor model 502AT
