What This Means
Humidity sensor connector unseated; Open or short circuit in wiring; Failed internal humidity sensor
What actually causes this:
The sensor inside the fresh food section that monitors internal humidity has failed; fresh food moisture management may be impaired.
First Thing to Check
Access is behind the fridge evaporator cover — check that the humidity sensor connector is firmly attached before replacing the part.

Check Main PCB connectors CN30 and CN50 are properly inserted

Verify 5V supply at humidity sensor connector pins 1–2
- 3
Measure output voltage at connector; normal output is 1V–4V
- 4
Measure Main PCB CN30 pins 8 and 12; should be within 4.1V–0.8V
