What This Means

What actually causes this:
The heater element that prevents the ice bucket from freezing solid in place has an open circuit — ice may clump or freeze to the tray.
First Thing to Check
Check resistance across CN51 pins 4 and 5 — infinite resistance confirms an open circuit in the heater.
