What actually causes this:

The auto-fill pitcher has filled beyond its capacity, usually because the water shutoff sensor or fill valve has failed.

First Thing to Check

Open the fridge and check if the AutoFill pitcher area or tray has standing water.

    Check voltage at MAIN PCB CN90 pins 11 and 13

  2. 2

    0V~4.5V = water overflow detected; 4.5V~5V = no problem

  3. 3

    Inspect the overflow switch and AutoFill case for water accumulation
