What This Means
Failed main MICOM or display MICOM; Open or shorted wiring between main PCB and panel PCB; Defective panel PCB or main PCB
What actually causes this:
Communication link between the display and main control board is broken — usually a PCB failure.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the refrigerator and firmly reseat the ribbon/wire connectors at the top of the left door hinge area.
