What actually causes this:
Ice maker motor jammed, or the assembly failed to reach its home position — often caused by ice buildup around the mechanism.
First Thing to Check
Press the ice maker test button for 1.5 seconds and listen for the full cycle completing with an alarm tone.

Check CN90 pin 5 — standby = 5V, test switch pressed = 0V
