What This Means

What actually causes this:
Connector worked loose over time, or the sensor itself failed — common after years of door vibration.
First Thing to Check
Open the refrigerator door and inspect the sensor connector near the evaporator cover — confirm it is fully clicked in.

Check voltage between Main PCB CN30 pins 1 and 5 — should be 4.5V to 1.0V

Verify CN30 connector is fully inserted

Verify wire insertion order in CN30 matches circuit diagram

Check input voltages of CN30 #5 and #7 are within normal temperature range
