Error Code 41E
Freezer compressor tried to start but failed
Critical
Stop using immediately - risk of damage or safety issue
Also displayed as: 41E
What This Means
Inverter PCB solder joint defect or short circuit; DC 15V supply output less than 13.5V; Defective compressor assembly; Refrigeration cycle (refrigerant) issue
What actually causes this:
Inverter PCB component failure or a bad solder joint on the PCB, sometimes caused by refrigerant system restriction.
First Thing to Check
Access the machine compartment, check the compressor wire connector is fully seated, and look for the inverter PCB LED status.
Parts Involved
How to Fix
- 1
Check DC 15V output at ZD501 on inverter PCB
- 2
Inspect inverter PCB for solder bridges or shorted components
- 3
Confirm DC 310V is present at BD1+/- on inverter PCB
- 4
Check compressor connector CN04 for secure seating
- 5
Run forced operation and observe whether inverter PCB LED illuminates
