What This Means
Test mode activated intentionally via Freezer Key + Alarm Key for 8 seconds, then pressing any key
What actually causes this:
Service technician activated test mode or the mode was accidentally triggered by pressing Freezer + Alarm keys.
First Thing to Check
Unplug the unit and plug it back in to cancel manual operation mode.
How to Fix

Verify compressor and F-fan are running continuously

Alarm beeps 0.25s ON / 0.75s OFF continuously during this mode
