What This Means
Wiring harness issue between panel and main PCB; Defective panel PCB; Defective main PCB; Loose connector at upper hinge or door panel
What actually causes this:
A loose wiring harness at the upper hinge, or a failed panel or main PCB communication circuit.
First Thing to Check
Check and firmly reseat the connector at the freezer upper hinge cover — this is the most common cause.
