Connector slipped out or open contact; Wire cut or short-circuited; Abnormal sensing temperature above 50°C or below -50°C

What actually causes this:

Loose connector, cut wire, or faulty thermistor in freezer temperature sensing circuit

First Thing to Check

Disconnect and reconnect CN30 connector at main PCB to ensure proper seating

How to Fix

  1. 1

    Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #3 and #7, should be 4.5V to 1.0V

  2. 2

    Verify connector is properly seated

  3. 3

    Check thermistor resistance
