What actually causes this:

Motor bearing seizes, wiring vibrates loose, or connector corrodes

Measure voltage at CN30 pin 10 with compressor running

How to Fix

    Check voltage between MAIN PCB CN30 #10 and #1 should be 7V~12V DC

  2. 2

    Verify FG pulse signal from motor rotation

  3. 3

    Check connector pin continuity

    Listen for motor humming during forced operation

  5. 5

    Replace motor if no signal after voltage confirmed
