What This Means
Motor winding short circuit (U,V,W); IPM pins short on Inverter PBA; IPM operating voltage below 13.5V; Compressor mechanical restriction
What actually causes this:
The compressor is either stuck mechanically, not receiving power, or the control board can't signal it.
First Thing to Check
Check if the compressor makes any humming sound when you activate forced operation mode.
