What This Means
IPM pins shorted (U,V,W); Abnormal current detected at compressor; Low input voltage; Inverter PBA fault; Compressor restriction
What actually causes this:
Power surge damages IPM chip or wiring harness becomes loose

Verify AC input voltage at service plug is within spec

Check IPM pins for short circuit (pins #1-26 on Inverter PBA)

Measure IPM operating voltage (should be > DC 13.5V)

Check compressor wire connections (U, V, W)

Verify input voltage: AC 53V min for 115V input or AC 106V min for 220V
