Motor connector terminal disconnected; Motor cover state damaged; Motor coil broken due to moisture or foreign substance; PBA control circuit defective
What actually causes this:
The motor wiring came loose or the motor itself has failed

Unplug the washer, wait 60 seconds, and try again

3. Check if the coil is broken due to moisture from any alien substance

4. Check motor winding resistance: Pin1-Pin2: 5.4Ω ±10%, Pin2-Pin3: 5.4Ω ±10%

5. If the PBA control circuit is defective, replace the PBA
