What This Means
Water supply valve broken; Water supply valve clogged with foreign material; Water supply blocked due to freezing; PBA relay malfunction; Wire disconnected from water supply valve
What actually causes this:
The water supply faucet is closed, or the inlet filter is clogged

Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on

1. Check the resistance for the water supply valve — 0.9KΩ to 1.1KΩ between the terminals
- 2
2. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter
- 3
3. If the water supply valve has a wire disconnected, reconnect it
- 4
4. Check whether the water supply valve is clogged with foreign material and whether water is supplied continually
- 5
5. Check whether no water is supplied because of freezing in the winter season
- 6
6. If the PBA relay operates abnormally, replace the PBA
