What This Means

What actually causes this:
Something is clogging the drain pump or drain hose

Check the drain hose behind the washer for kinks or clogs

1. Check the drain pump resistance — 13.5Ω to 16.5Ω

2. Check whether the impeller of the drain pump motor is restrained by foreign material

3. Check if the drain pump revolutions are restrained due to freezing in winter — remove ice as directed

4. Check the wire connectors on Main PCB and Drain Pump ASSY — connector or wire may have poor physical connection

5. Check for any alien substance in the Draining Bellows — for natural draining, remove the substance

6. If the drain motor is defective, replace the motor

7. Check if the water leaks from the tub connection part
