What This Means
Washing motor fault; Washing motor hall sensor fault; Incorrect connections of washing motor/hall sensor connector; Washing motor rotor and stator fault; Main PCB fault; Overloading due to too much laundry
What actually causes this:
The motor wiring came loose or the motor itself has failed

Unplug the washer, wait 60 seconds, and try again

How to Fix

1. Check motor connector terminal connections and contacts

2. Read motor winding resistance at any two of the three motor terminals: should be 12Ω at 25°C
- 3
3. Check motor hall sensor resistance on main PCB between pins 2-4 and 3-4 of the four pins: approx 2 to 4 MΩ

4. Check voltage at hall sensor when power is on: 1-5V
- 5
5. Check whether the stator of the motor cover is damaged
- 6
6. Check for coil disconnections due to foreign material
- 7
7. If the PBA control circuit is faulty, replace the PBA
