What This Means
Water supply valve broken; Water supply valve clogged with foreign material; Water supply blocked due to freezing; Main PCB defective; PBA relay malfunction
What actually causes this:
The water supply faucet is closed, or the inlet filter is clogged

Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on

4. Measure water supply valve resistance: 0.9KΩ to 1.1KΩ between terminals

7. If PBA relay malfunctions, replace PBA
