Check the drain hose behind the washer for kinks or clogs

1. Make sure the drain hose is not frozen or clogged

2. Make sure the drain hose is positioned correctly

3. Clean the debris filter

4. Make sure the drain hose is straightened all the way to the drain system

5. Check drain pump resistance: 13.05Ω to 16.45Ω

6. Check for incorrect connections or broken wires

7. If machine malfunctions intermittently when wash tub water temperature is high, replace pump
- 8
8. Check pump at Pin #3 of CN6 and pin #7 of CN4 on PCB: should read AC 110-120V
