What This Means

What actually causes this:
The water supply faucet is closed, or the inlet filter is clogged
First Thing to Check
Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on

2. Make sure the water hoses are not clogged

3. Make sure the water taps are not frozen

4. Measure water supply valve resistance: 0.9KΩ to 1.1KΩ between terminals

5. Check for foreign material in water supply valve filter

6. Check if water supply is blocked due to freezing

7. If PBA relay malfunctions, replace PBA
