What This Means
Motor spin net not engaged; Motor internal coil damaged (short-circuited or cut); Hall sensor terminal not connected; Foreign material (e.g. a screw) entered the motor; Overloading due to too much laundry
What actually causes this:
The motor is jammed by foreign material or a wire came loose
First Thing to Check
Unplug the washer, wait 60 seconds, and try again. Check if the drum spins freely by hand

1. Check motor connector terminal connections and contacts

2. Plug out connector and read resistances at any two of three terminals on Motor: should be 19.3Ω at 25°C

3. Check motor hall sensor on main PCB (between pins 2-4, 3-4 of four pins): resistance approx 2-4 MΩ

4. Check voltage when power is on

5. If hall sensor terminal is faulty, replace hall sensor
- 6
6. Check whether stator of motor cover is damaged
- 7
7. Check for coil disconnections due to foreign material
- 8
8. If PBA control circuit is faulty, replace PBA
