What This Means
Motor spin net not engaged; Motor internal coil damaged (short-circuited or cut); Hall sensor terminal not connected; Foreign material entered motor; Motor overloaded (too much laundry); Motor hall sensor terminal not connected; PBA fault or weak driving signal; Unstable relay operation; Erroneous motor hall sensor signals; IPM terminal of main PBA not connected; DD motor cover out of place; PCB housing terminal not connected; DD motor fault
What actually causes this:
The motor is jammed, a wire came loose, or the drum is overloaded
First Thing to Check
Try removing some laundry — the drum may be overloaded. Then restart.

1. Check motor connector terminal connections

2. Read motor winding resistance at any two of three terminals: should be 19.3Ω at 25°C

3. Check motor hall sensor resistance on main PCB (pins 2-4, 3-4): approx 2-4 MΩ

4. Check voltage when power is on

5. Check stator of motor cover for damage
- 6
6. Check for foreign material and coil disconnections
- 7
7. If PBA control circuit is faulty, replace PBA
