What This Means
Foreign material in water supply valve; Valve terminal not connected; Warm/rinse connectors wrongly connected; PCB terminal to detergent drawer not connected; Transparent hose folded or torn; Cold/warm hoses wrongly engaged; Freezing
What actually causes this:
The water faucets are closed or inlet filter is clogged
First Thing to Check
Make sure both water faucets behind the washer are fully turned on

1. Measure water supply valve resistance: 0.9KΩ to 1.1KΩ

2. Check for foreign material in valve filter

3. Verify correct hot/cold hose connections

4. Check if water is supplied and not frozen

5. If PBA relay malfunctions, replace PBA
