What This Means
Water supply valve is defective; Main PCB is defective; Water supply is frozen; Water valves are not open; Water hoses are clogged; Mesh filter is clogged; Insufficient water pressure
What actually causes this:
The water supply faucets behind the washer are turned off or the inlet hose filter is clogged with sediment

Check that both hot and cold water faucets behind the washer are fully open

1. Measure the resistance of the water supply valve — should be 0.9 kilohms to 1.1 kilohms between terminals

2. Check whether there is foreign material in the water supply valve filter

3. Check if the water supply is blocked due to foreign substances in the valve

4. Check if the water supply is blocked due to frozen water
- 5
5. Verify the cold and hot water valve hoses are properly connected
- 6
6. Clean the mesh filter as it may be clogged
- 7
7. If the PBA Relay malfunctions, replace the PBA
