What actually causes this:
The electrical outlet is delivering more than 120 volts, or a power surge occurred

Unplug the washer and plug it directly into the wall outlet — do not use an extension cord

2. Verify power supplied from the AC outlet is accurate at 120 VAC

3. Check the operating voltage at the internal power terminals during Wash or Spin cycles

4. Check for over voltages

5. Check if an extension cord is used — a 1m extension cord can produce a momentary voltage drop up to 10 VAC

6. If Main PBA defect, replace Main PBA
