What This Means
Under voltage supplied from the AC outlet; Power cord not plugged in securely; Circuit breaker tripped; Extension cord causing voltage drop; Main PBA fault
What actually causes this:
The washer is plugged into an extension cord that's dropping the voltage, or the circuit breaker is weak

Make sure the washer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and the circuit breaker is fully on

How to Fix

1. Check if the power cord is plugged in securely

2. Check if the circuit breaker is turned on
- 3
3. Measure voltage at the outlet — should be 120 VAC

4. Check the operating voltage at the internal power terminals during Wash or Spin cycles
- 5
5. Check if an extension cord is used — a 1m extension cord can produce a momentary voltage drop up to 10 VAC

6. If Main PBA defect suspected, replace Main PBA
