What actually causes this:
The drain hose is kinked, clogged, or the pump is blocked

Check the drain hose for kinks. Clean the debris filter.

1. Check drain pump resistance: 13.05Ω to 16.45Ω

2. Check for alien substance inside draining pump motor

3. Check for incorrect connections or broken wires

4. If pump intermittently malfunctions at high water temp, replace pump

5. If frozen in winter, remove ice referring to repair procedures
- 6
6. Read winding resistance of pump motor: 15±10% Ohms
- 7
7. Check pump at Pin#3 of CN6 and pin#7 of CN4: should read AC 110-120V
